Simon Swords
Managing Director
Ever since he had a Commodore Plus 4 Simon knew he would be involved in technology. He gets a kick out of building and growing technology driven businesses. Simon has also served on various boards including the Federation of Small Businesses and Apprenticeship Ambassadors Network. In his spare time he flies planes and skydives.
Jonathan Ferrara
Chairman
Jonathan has enjoyed a 35 year career with market leading financial services organisations in the premier locations of London, Switzerland and the Channel Islands. Jonathan brings his clarity, drive and years of experience to the board of directors to provide strategic guidance on the running of Atlas.
Dean North
Technical Consultant
Atlas’ technical wizard and language polyglot – Dean enjoys meeting with customers to understand their complex business problems and using his skills and knowledge to effect simple yet powerful software solutions. In his spare times he builds 3D online multiplayer games and researches new technologies.

Sherree Tibbs
PROJECT MANAGER
Sherree joined Atlas in 2015 as part of the customer care team. Over the last year Sherree has been transitioning into the role of Project Manager. Sherree enjoys gaining new qualifications, and in her spare time enjoys sport and socialising.
Daniel Cirket
Developer
Dan has been coding professionally for 5 years. He likes to collaborate on open source projects and keep up with the latest technologies.
Steve Day
Developer
Steve joined Atlas in 2007 and was our very first apprentice. Since that time Steve has developed his coding skills and is now a full-time software developer running his own client projects. Outside of Atlas Steve enjoys watching his team Liverpool play.
Phil Camfield
Senior Developer
Phil has a degree in computer science and has been a web developer for 7 years. Outside of Atlas Phil enjoys researching new technologies, listening to music and riding his motorbike.
Mike Dean
Senior developer
Mike is a full-stack Web Application and Software Developer who works with individuals, companies and organisations to build bespoke solutions and to improve the user experience. With over a decade of experience, Mike has worked with a variety of companies and organisations.
Billy Watkins
Developer
Billy has a 2:1 honours degree in Physics which has aided him in becoming a self-taught software developer. Having been coding professionally since 2016, Billy has gained a wealth of valuable experience in a short space of time and is a great asset to the Atlas team. Away from work, Billy thrives on new challenges, from learning to ride motorbikes to rock climbing. He’s even tried his hand as a qualified fencing referee and assistant instructor.
Manisha Sen
Developer
Manisha is a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with a 1st class degree in Computer Science awarded by the University of Surrey. With experience in C# .Net Application Development, Database, jQuery and HTML, we are very excited to have her on board. Outside of work, Manisha enjoys going to the gym and regularly attends Zumba classes as well as spending time with her Jack Russell, Daisy.
Seb Szaniszlo
Developer
Seb spent a year working at Atlas as a trainee software developer as part of an internship before completing his last year on a Computer Science course, from which he graduated with a 1st class degree. He rejoined the Atlas team as a graduate software developer in 2018. Outside of work, Seb works on various side projects and, when not coding, he enjoys working on his fitness, listening to music and playing video games.
Matt Hope
Junior Developer
Matt joined Atlas in 2014 as an apprentice software developer. Once he had completed his apprenticeship Atlas made contact with the University of Essex and Matt will be starting the last year of a Graduate Degree at the University this September. Away from Atlas and his studies, Matt enjoys online gaming and socialising with his friends.
Ben Holland
Front-End Developer
Ben is Atlas’s front end development specialist. Before joining us he provided design, development and content services for all things web, managing accounts for clients of all shapes and sizes. He loves playing and listening to music and has a passion for languages – both the spoken and computer kind.
Andrew Areoff
Design and UX Consultant
Andrew brings 25 years experience in graphic, web and UX design to a wide range of corporate clients. When not designing Andrew enjoys listening to music and spending time with the family.

Luke joined Atlas in 2019 and has been a business analyst for 4 years, bringing experience from an insurance background. Outside of work he brews his own beer, loves gaming and is a die hard Southend fan.

QA Analyst
Luke joined Atlas in 2016 as an apprentice QA Analyst. After completing his apprenticeship Luke became a valued member of the quality assurance department. Luke enjoys solving issues with new software and ensuring the product functions as per the spec before releasing to clients. In his spare time Luke enjoys getting creative and digital art and animation.
George Chapman
QA Analyst
Joining us as an apprentice in 2017, George has since become a fully-fledged QA Analyst and a crucial part of the QA team. Outside of Atlas George enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys playing football midweek and occasionally goes to support professional football team West Ham United. He has interests in gaming, films, music and basketball.
Harrison Cutler
QA Analyst
Harrison joined the software QA team after completing his A levels in computer science, IT and business. Away from Atlas Harrison enjoys watching football.
Sarah Durden
Lead QA Analyst
Sarah spent a decade working in finance in various technical and analytical roles before jumping ship to ‘proper’ IT as a tester. She has worked with various technologies and languages over the years, but considers herself a ‘code monkey’ rather than a developer. When she’s not writing or breaking other people’s code, she is either co-running a VR start-up with a team of volunteers or trading stocks.

Office Manager
Sue is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, along with HR and payroll. Sue has had many years of experience working for a large legal company in London and brings her office administration and organisational skills to the role.
Clarisse Levitan
Lead First Line Support Agent
Clarisse has 8 years of customer service experience and leads our first line customer support team to provide all of our customers with the very best care and guidance for Atlas clients and Staff Squared. Outside of the office, Clarisse enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and everything Harry Potter.
