It doesn’t matter if you’re not technical, that’s what we’re here for. Just focus on the business objectives you’d like to achieve and we’ll worry about the rest.

A Director or Senior Manager will respond within one business day to set up a 15-30 minute phone chat. We’re keen to learn more about your business goals and provide you with no obligation advice on how best to move your project forward.

You’re welcome to follow up with any additional questions you may have after this initial discussion. We understand that software projects can seem large and unwieldy and we’re on hand to provide as much guidance as you need during the early stages.

While we can’t provide a fixed quote for cost and timescales at this early stage, we can often reference projects similar to yours that we have undertaken as a baseline to provide an estimate. Typically, we’ll provide a best and worst case scenario for cost and timescale rather than a fixed figure.

There are several ways we carefully inspect and define the technical side of your project, most depend on the scope and your preferred level of involvement. Our most popular approach, Atlas Roadmaps takes your project from high level concepts and scribbled down ideas to development ready in one straightforward workshop.

Regardless of the approach you take, we always recommend that you build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) first. Read more about why and how to create a MVP in our resources section.

Following the assessment of your requirements, you can expect to receive a detailed plan that outlines

• key milestones,
• costs and timescales,
• risk mitigation,
• the tools and technologies that we use to build your solution

Your project is now in the best position possible to succeed. We’ve identified and mitigated any risks, set down a detailed plan for how we will deliver and now the most exciting part can finally begin.

We believe that communication is essential to deliver the best possible product in the most efficient way. You will be assigned a Project Manager who will build a communication plan customised for you and your team, and provide you with access to our customer portal which gives you real time updates on the progress of your project.

We provide free support for 3 months as part of all new software development builds. Our technical support team is available to you during regular business hours to provide service level agreement driven support and maintenance.

Following this free period, we’ll provide you with a customised support and maintenance plan that meets your particular business needs.
